To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service our members are requested to cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honour at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy Foxrock Golf Club

The dining facility in Foxrock Golf Club continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our members and their guests, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.

Accordingly, the following will apply:

Foxrock Catering reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled, or if numbers are reduced without prior notice.

For all bookings, you must notify Sean Kelly Catering of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 48 hours prior to your booking.

Foxrock Catering reserves the right to charge up to the full fee per person for any bookings changed or cancelled within this 48 hour notice period.
Any bookings which fail to turn up without any prior notice, will incur the FULL charge per person.

The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Sean Kelly Catering in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.

Sean Kelly Catering will notify you if any cancellation fee is applied.

Where possible, Sean Kelly Catering will actively manage restaurant bookings by checking attendance with the Members / guests contact they have in their bookings diary.
